Shortly after delivery, the car needed a new battery. Despite the distance, Jacob stepped up immediately and facilitated a full refund for the battery since it was covered under the limited warranty. My experience with Jacob was great. I drove up from Dallas & called when I was about 2 hours from the dealership to confirm the vehicle was still available. Upon arrival the F150 I was interested in was staged out front, ready for a test drive. Test drive, trade-in, and sales process all went very smooth. Highly recommend Jacob, relaxed guy low pressure sale and he communicated very well. Would happily buy from again.
