Michael was very professional and helped my wife and myself in purchasing our Ford F-150. As a sales agent. Michael was great. Above an beyond... The after....is the issue not keeping up with phone calls. I left messages with 3 people. And never got a response. We were told a key would be available in 2 weeks. Calling cking in and letting your customers know what is going on goes a LONG way. That is considered exceptional customer service. Please strive for exceptional service an follow through not just to seal the deal an off to the next. You will create a loyal following no matter where you go by doing this. So thats why we were less than thrilled. The van... we love it!

Micheal is awesome I got a 2014 ram 1500 from him. The fuel gage sensor broke a week alter and he said he would fix it with no charge I still haven’t because I work and only have one car but either way he is great at his job
