It was good up to the point of the sale, then when I had an issue with getting a key fob it went down hill. It seems that Landers lacks good customer service after the sale.

Sebastian was honest which is rare for a car salesman. I did not feel pressured at all! He did not keep me there all day wearing me down, and I left with a better vehicle than I traded in and with a lower payment.

Sebastian is a great dude. 100% on the up and up . He took care of me and my brother in law. No pressure!!! I have told all my friends to buy from him and Landers if they have the vehicle they are looking for. Honestly the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle in the last 30 years. If you’re going to buy, buy from them. It’s worth the extra time to go!!

My interaction with Sebastian was great and he is a very pleasant person. If I know of anyone looking for a car or truck. I would recommend Sebastian due to his work ethic and honesty. If you are looking for a vehicle, give this young man a chance.

Our experience with Sebastian at Lander’s CDJR in Norman, Oklahoma, was horrible. The amount of untruth that has been told to us during the buying process was appalling. Before we even considered signing papers on our Jeep, we asked them if anything was wrong with it and were told “no”. We were also told there were 2 keys with it. We agreed upon delivery since we are not local and proceeded to sign papers and the whole nine yards. The day comes that they were supposed to deliver it and we didn’t hear anything, so we texted our salesman, Sebastian, and asked him when they were going to be here, and he then proceeded to tell us that they had discovered that the sky one touch top was broken, so they couldn’t deliver it. They then told us they couldnt find the second key, so they were going to contact the previous owners for it. They got the top “fixed”, and upon delivery, there was still no second key. We asked Sebastian again about the key and he ghosted us. While the top mechanically works, cosmetically, it is so rigid that can literally cut your hand. It looks like they gave a 4 year old a Sawzall and told them to cut it. I called them for 2 hours with them dodging my calls before I was finally able to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke with said that used vehicles don’t come with a second key but he would do us a favor and have someone come cut the key but would have to align our schedules. A favor?! After you told us it came with 2 keys? You’re not doing anyone a favor here, you’re simply making things right. So then I brought up the top being broke after we were told nothing was wrong with it and the horrible job that was done on the cuts. He tells me that it must have just been overlooked. He then flips it back on me that they had to spend a lot of money to fix the top..on a vehicle that we bought only because we were told there was nothing wrong with it… don’t blame me for the amount of money you had to put into it to fix it, when it was not my fault.
